Gruber Girls: weekend recap!

we had another busy, but wonderful weekend at the gruber's!

friday night we had some friends over for pizza...some how i didn't get any pictures...bummer! but, we had a lot of fun catching up!

the girls love making 'their' cookies...every day mara asked me which kind i would like...so cute!

saturday we headed up to st. cloud for our nephew's 5th birthday party...we had a great time seeing everyone and the girls just played and played...

and even uncle travis got a cake too...

the hubby not loving me taking his pictures...i was playing with my brother-in-law's camera...much fancier then my...and todd was my lovely model...not so much!

saturday night we had a blast...with old friends! i have stayed in touch with the family i babysat in college...they have 4 kids and i watched them all...their oldest is 13 now and going to be in high school this fall...i can't believe it. she was the flower girl in our wedding...almost 10 years ago! we went over to their house for pizza and drinks...it was a late night for the girls...they were up until 11, but we had SO much fun!! and thank goodness they sleep in...9:30 on sunday morning!

jumping off the couch and having so much fun...i don't know how many times they did it in a row...got to love when the older kids can entertain the little ones!

and all of the ladies dancing to 'all the single ladies'...yes, i know, what have i taught my girls...they LOVE the song and sing it a lot...too cute!

i think we are all a little sick of winter around here and the snow...because today this is what they wanted to do in the snow....ride their little bikes

and ride their scooters!

and they played with their hockey sticks a little too...

we are getting more snow right now (sunday night) as i type up this post and i am not sure where we are going to put it...as you can see from some of these pictures the pile along our driveway is getting a little high...and we could get up to 10 inches...please no more snow...i am longing for some green in my life and the beach!
