lots to share!

i feel like i have been flying by the seat of my pants that last few weeks and i am hoping this week will be a little less busy!

between all of the house work, which is now done...YAY, the girls' birthday party, no naps...not a lot of them and just life, i have not had a chance to share so many fun pictures that have been on my camera!  so lots coming this week...i hope i can share everything with you.

we had a GREAT weekend!  after a very long week of parenting and not doing very well at it, the girls have just not be listening well at all...i know it is because the lack of naps.  it is amazing to me the changes i can see in them when they don't get the sleep they need!

here is a quick run down of the wonderful weekend we had!

first...our friends from chicago were in town this past week and weekend.  so i was able to see S a lot...so wished we lived closer!

 the girls enjoyed their ice cream cones!  just look at those faces!

saturday we made our first trip to the como zoo for the season.  they have a new polar bears this year...they were so cool to see!

 the girls just kept asking questions about them...it was so cute!

after the zoo they went on a few rides...

 loving life!

i love this picture!  it totally captures who they each are...kaylin is always so serious and mara is just easy going...loving life, without a care in the world. i hope that they will balance each other out as they get older!

then later in the day we enjoyed a trolley ride, which was so much fun!  we had never done it.  the girls had a great time!

and final the house is DONE!!!!  and i love it!  i am so happy with the way it turned out and the colors.  people keep stopping by to tell us how great it looks!

we still need to hang up the address sign, but i am going to try and paint it first.  if it doesn't work, i will just order a new one.

and i think todd had a great father's day!  we had a great day enjoying the gruber family at a grad party...it was so much fun!  and i got to enjoy his girls!
