last week the girls were on spring break, so we headed up to Duluth for a little getaway as a family. we went to a hotel with a good size water park. they had SO much fun and it was nice to get away from the 'real' world for a few days!

the little kid area was a great size, with 2 tunnel slides, lots of things to climb and a big bucket that dumped water every few minutes
mom and dad even got into the fun and went down the water slides...the girls loved it!
mara did great...she is not quite the fish her sister is, but she had a great time!
and the BIG bucket of water...i think the girls got hit once!
and the yellow slide was fun too!
we headed up the north shore a little bit one afternoon and it is just beautiful up there...any season, there is so much beauty, it is just amazing!
we had a nice spring break. now we are back to our normal schedule, which feel so good!
