thursday = getting our craft on!

i saw this great idea over at The Mac's blog...and i thought it would be a perfect art project for me and the girls to work on. ashely has great tutorial if you want to make a frame like this!

i found a frame at the goodwill...i didn't love it, i wanted one with a little more modeling, but it was only $5.00...can't beat that price.  and i picked up some chicken wire at home depot!

while i spray painted the frame, the girls painted the cloths pins! 

and then helped hold the chicken wire, as i stapled it down.

we found the perfect home for it...in their bedroom.

they can hang their art work, thank you cards and pictures on it!

 this project is so easy...it took me about an hour total, because i had to wait for the paint to dry and spray one more coat.
