Hello Home, it is so good to be back!

Hello Blog...i know i was MIA for a week!

Hello to a Winter Weather Storm...really, winter please go away!

We are back home and done with our house/kid sitting.  It was a lot of fun, but a lot of work as well.  The kiddos were great and my girls had so much fun too!  Crazy, but I miss them a lot and want to check into see how their days are going!

I have a lot to share this week, so please come back.  I am hoping to have a post a day!

Wanted to share a few the highlights/learning's from taking care of 6 kiddos...here it goes!

with 6 kids....

-you are always going to some activity...play practice, baseball, dance, piano, etc.

-there is a lot of homework...even in 3rd grade!

-the grocery bill is out of control!

-the house is always busy...i LOVE that!

-there is always a load or 2 of laundry that needs to be done!  thank goodness for school uniforms!

-it was crazy to cook for a family of 8, but somehow i had dinner on the table every night!

-i LOVE having older kids around = built in babysitters for the little ones!

-my girls slept great, because they always had someone to play with

and most importantly i learned that i love being a mom that much more.  i don't want the girls to grow up too fast, but i loved the ages of the kids we took care of.  they were so much fun, i can't wait until the girls are a little bit older to talk about life with, watching them do well at school and their activities.  and somehow watching those kids i feel has made me a better mom to my girls!
