mama's day!

i hope all mothers had a wonderful mother's day!

i did around here.
it was very nice and relaxing!
i was lucky to spend the day with my girls...

and it was filled with...

-breakfast in bed

-my favorite flowers

-homemade cards

-yummy bunch at the coffee shop in our neighborhood!

-dinner at my mom's

speaking of my mom...
thank you mom for giving me wings to fly!
looking back on my childhood, my mom did this so well.
she helped guide me to make the right decisions, but didn't push to hard.
she was a wonderful listener, when i wanted to talk
she had 'no questions ask' rules...
for example:  i had to go to mass every weekend during my teenage years or i couldn't go out with my friends!

and to the mom i was blessed with 10 years ago...
you have raised a wonderful son who loves unconditionally, has a strong faith and has such a caring soul.
you have taught me that family and faith are so important
that praying is so important and it does make things better
and to enjoy the little things in life
